We focus on optimizing cardiometabolic health and wellbeing through sleep and circadian science. Specifically, we conduct research that advances our understanding of how insufficient sleep and circadian misalignment interact with nutrition and physical activity and mediate risk of chronic disease. Our long term goal is to help develop new therapeutic strategies that improve health.
