Help researchers learn how sleep and light exposure affects your body's metabolism!
PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ASKED TO:
- Complete 6 weeks of home monitoring
- Complete 3 in-lab sessions for 24 hours a day for 7-9 consecutive days at the University of Utah
- Complete 4 in-lab visits that are only ~1 hour

Researchers want to learn how sleep duration affects your body’s metabolism
What will participants be asked to do?
- Complete 10 weeks of home monitoring
- Complete 5 lab visits at the University of Utah Main Campus
- 2 visits lasting ~1 hour
- 3 overnight visits lasting ~10-24 hours
COMPENSATION? Up to $1,449

What will participants be asked to do?
- Complete 9 weeks of home monitoring
- Complete 5 lab visits at the University of Utah Main Campus
- 3 visits lasting ~1 hour
- 2 overnight visits lasting ~24-26 hours
COMPENSATION? Up to $1,150
